The discount you qualify for is tied to your monthly order volume — averaged over the prior three calendar months. Tier moves take effect on the first of the next month, no negotiation needed.

How it works
From application to first invoice.
1. Apply
Submit your business number, type of operation, and the brands you'd like to carry. We respond within one business day.
2. First order, prepaid
Your first order ships prepaid by EFT or Interac e-Transfer. This is partially a credit-trust step and partially a logistics shake-out — we want both sides to confirm the workflow.
3. Net-15 unlocks
After your second cleared invoice, you're on Net-15 terms. Most accounts cycle this in their first 60 days.
4. Tier moves with volume
Discount tier is computed at the start of each month based on a trailing 90-day average. No back-and-forth, no negotiation.

What's the minimum opening order?
10 units. That's also where Tier 1 (−12%) kicks in. Below 10 units we treat it as retail.
Do you ship to all provinces?
Yes — every Canadian province. Some provinces enforce mg-strength caps; checkout filters those automatically based on your shipping address.
What payment terms are available?
First two orders prepaid by EFT or Interac e-Transfer. After that, Net-15 unlocks automatically. Wire and credit-card payments also accepted on a per-account basis.
How do tier moves work?
Tier is recomputed on the first of every month based on your trailing 90-day order volume. If you cross 50 units in a month, you start the next month at Tier 2 automatically.
Can I private-label or co-brand?
Not at present. We carry the major manufacturer SKUs — Zyn, Velo, Pablo, 77, Rogue, White Fox, Zone X, Iceberg — without modification.
What happens if a brand goes out of stock upstream?
You'll get a notice within 24 hours of us learning about it, with an ETA and the closest in-stock substitute. No surprise back-orders on confirmed POs.
